Gunung Lambak

Gunung Lambak is a twin peak mountain located at the southeast side of Kluang town. It is easily accessible with many recreational facilities at the foothill. There are two trailheads one at the right side and left side. The latter is considered a harder path. The type of rainforest in Gunung Lambak is lowland dipterocarp and hill dipterocarp 400M onwards. The altitude of the highest peak is 510M. It is an independent patch of rainforest with a size of11KM². Recent projects around the mountain is threatening the primary rainforest of Gunung Lambak causing the lowest altitude of lowland dipterocarp to start from 70M ASL.
