BIOPATH 3 Birdwatching Talk at Hutan Bandar

On 22nd May 2024, BIOPATH co-organized a Birdwatching Talk with Earthkeeper for the underprivileged children of Grace Centre at Hutan Bandar MBJB. Tien Jia Yu, the founder of BIOPATH, served as the birdwatching guide for the event. A total of 16 participants, aged 10-17, including both boys and girls, attended the talk. The session began with a quick briefing on the basics of birdwatching, its importance, and the necessary tips and equipment. Following this, Mr. Samuel Lee, the founder of Earthkeeper, provided a safety briefing to ensure all children were aware of potential hazards. The session was deemed fruitful, as about 15 species of birds were identified, and the children thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
